Industrial Storage Provides
Design/Build Projects
Industrial Storage offers a Design/Build system where we work directly with the customer in a true partnership. Industrial Storage analyzes your business with a “fresh set of eyes” and then works with you on designing a supply chain or material handling system that will improve your business immediately and be scalable to meet future demands.
The process includes Industrial Storage soliciting bids from multiple manufacturers and service providers. All bids are presented to you for final decision after being thoroughly vetted. We take the time and responsibility to make sure all of the bidders are bidding “apples to apples” so your associates can keep working for your business and not wasting their valuable time meeting with potential vendors and comparing proposals. Many of these capital projects are only done every 5-10 years so our team is better suited than yours to deal with vendors and industries we engage with every day. Our industry expertise allows you to receive the most valuable offer available.

Permitting
Permits are required for most shelving, pallet rack and systems installations. Even if you are modifying your existing layout you may be required to obtain a permit. Local codes are changing all of the time so you need to ensure that you contract with a company that knows and understands all locally recognized codes. Industrial Storage is that company. We have many years of experience obtaining permits from many municipalities in multiple states. Our unique experience is available to determine what your requirements are.
Our services include providing engineered stamped drawings, permit submittals, permit fees, high pile storage permits and anchor inspections. We can also help obtaining sprinkler and electrical permits so you only have to make one phone call. If you do not know if a permit is required or you would rather not deal with the local bureaucracy, call us today.
Installation
Industrial Storage offers mechanical and electrical installation regardless of if we supplied the equipment or not. If you are moving within your existing facility, to a different facility in the same city or out of the state, Industrial Storage can help. We have the experience and capabilities to install new or used pallet racks, shelving, conveyor, mezzanines, dock equipment, shop equipment, horizontal or vertical carousels, lockers or any other type of material handling equipment. Industrial Storage can provide non-union, union or prevailing wage labor to meet any installation requirement. We can provide our own lift equipment, or use yours to keep the costs down.
Industrial Storage can provide installation services in any State and many countries. Licensed contractors for out of state work, where we are not already licensed, can be provided. We are insured and bonded to give you peace of mind with your project. Please inquire today for any requirements.
DEDICATED & EXPERIENCED
Project Management
Planning, evaluating and investing in the right material handling system are all very important, but the final step needed to receive the full benefit from your investment is to confirm the system is installed correctly. Industrial Storage’s Project Management services will certify the system is installed to manufacturers’ specifications and that it meets all locally recognized codes. Our Project Managers will work with your implementation team to ensure all areas of your business are accounted for. If the system is being installed in an existing, operating warehouse, we will work with your team to make sure every level of your supply chain operation has minimal disruptions during the installation process.
From a couple of bays of shelving or pallet rack to a full blown automated material handling system, our Project Management services will guarantee your turnkey investment exceeds your initial expectations. Depending on the scope of the project, services may include published timelines, Gantt charts, weekly meetings and status reports. Our philosophy is the real work begins after the investment decision has been made, and Industrial Storage will not leave your jobsite until we receive a signoff that your expectations are met.
Multiple Vendors & Platforms
Systems Integration
Industrial Storage offers systems integration where we incorporate multiple storage and material handling platforms from various manufacturers to create an integrated system that best suits your needs. We partner with multiple vendors in each product type to allow us to offer the right solution to your problem in lieu of fitting your problem to our solution. When you deal with a manufacturer direct, they only have their products to promote, but their product deficiencies may not be right for your application. An integrator is able to bring an objective point of view to each individual situation and offer the most efficient and effective solution.
If your schedule does not allow you the time to integrate multiple vendors or you do not want to create an environment where no vendor wants to take accountability and is blaming your other vendors, let us integrate your next project.
